This extension allows you to create multimedia galleries in your page.
Two content types are offered :
This content inserts an image gallery with slideshow in your content
Features :
- supports of formats .jpg, .png and .gif
- thumbnails generated with scale proportionally
- unlimited number of images uploaded from your hard drive or picked up in the resource explorer
- optional alternative text for each image
- re-ordering gallery images at any time
- slideshow when user click on a thumbnail
The graphical component used is the JQuery plugin Pirobox
This content inserts a video gallery with player flash in your page
Features :
- supports of format .flv and .swf
- a single flash player : gallery presented as a "playlist".
- unlimited number of flash videos files uploaded from your hard drive or picked up in the resource explorer
- optional title, description and alternative text for each videos files
- re-ordering gallery videos at any time
- configurable player size
Use the OpenSource player FlowPlayer
This content inserts an audio gallery with player flash in your page
Features :
- supports of format .mp3
- a single flash player : gallery presented as a "playlist".
- unlimited number of audio files uploaded from your hard drive or picked up in the resource explorer
- optional title, description and alternative text for each audio files
- re-ordering gallery audio at any time
Use the OpenSource player FlowPlayer
Go to "Content" menu and choose the content type "Photo gallery" to create a new photo gallery.
On gallery section, select an image from your hard drive or pick up an image in the resource explorer. For each photo you can define an alternative text.
Use the buttons on right to add, delete or re-order images
Save the content to save your gallery.
Go to "Content" menu and choose the content type "Multimedia gallery" to create a new video gallery.
On gallery section, select flash video files from your hard drive or pick up a file in the resource explorer.
For each video file you can define a title, a description and an alternative text.
Use the buttons on right to add, delete or re-order files
You can personalize the player size
Save the content to save your gallery.
Go to "Content" menu and choose the content type "Audio gallery" to create a new audio gallery.
On gallery section, select audio files from your hard drive or pick up a file in the resource explorer.
For each audio file you can define a title, a description and an alternative text.
Use the buttons on right to add, delete or re-order files
You can personalize the player width.
Save the content to save your gallery.
Simply add the plugin JAR in the WEB-INF/lib directory of your Ametys application and restart your servlet engine
The plugin does not need specific parameterization to work - even if, of course, you can override the render of a photo or video gallery.
